乳业——黑龙江经济发展的战略选择

摘　　要：阐述了国内乳业现状及其对经济的促动作用,通过对黑龙江乳业发展的区域资源优势和潜力分析,证明乳业将是黑龙江国民经济极具牵动力的活力产业。预计2004～2015年平均对 GDP 贡献率将达3.59%,年平均对 GDP 增长贡献率将达3.76%,同时将促进农业结构的优化调整,分流农业剩余劳动力,增加农民收入以及提高农业绩效发挥重大作用。乳业是黑龙江经济发展的战略选择。Domestic and abroad dairy industry situation and its stimulating effect on economy were well described in this paper.Through analyzing the advantages of resources of some districts and the potency of developing dairy in- dustry in Heilongjiang Province,it was shown that dairy industry has been a vital industry for the national economy of Heilongjiang Province.From 2004 to 2015,according to the prediction,the mean contribution of dairy industry to GDP would reach 3.95%,and the mean contribution to the increase of GDP would reach 3.76%.At the same time, it would play a much important role in adjusting the agricultural organization,redirecting the surplus labors,increas- ing the income of farmers and realizing the increase of agriculture.Dairy industry would be a strategic choice for pro- moting the economy of Heilongjiang Province.
