证券市场与南京产业成长

摘　　要：证券市场和经济增长的关系一直是经济学家关注的焦点 ,但证券市场与产业成长的关系在金融理论中却没有受到足够的重视。事实上 ,由于证券市场具有资本集中和资源优化的功能 ,客观上能够起到推动产业成长的作用。并且 ,在产业成长的不同阶段 ,证券市场可以适应不同的产业成长规模、资金需求结构和需求方式对产业结构的要求。因此 ,南京市应从多方面发挥证券市场特有的功能 。Economists always focus on the relationship between the security market and the economic increase, but they don’t pay much attention to the relationship between the security market and the industrial increase. Actually, because the security markets have the functions of centralizing capital and optimizing the resources, it can promote the increase of industry. In addition, in the different periods of the industrial development, the scales of different industries can be adapted by the security market, the requirement of the requirable structure and method of fund for the industrial structure as well. Therefore, the correlated departments of Nanjing can bring out the special functions of security market from every aspect and promote industrial development of the city.
