城市产业结构优化与土地资源优化配置研究——以南京市为例

摘　　要：产业结构优化与土地资源优化配置是经济发展的必然要求 ,而解决土地资源优化配置和产业结构优化两者关系问题 ,已经成为当前迫切需要解决的重大课题。本文先介绍了城市产业结构优化与土地资源优化配置方面的相关理论 ,然后主要以南京市为例 ,分析了产业结构的发展特点、不足及南京市土地利用中存在的问题 ,产业结构优化与土地资源优化配置的关系 ,最后对产业结构优化与土地资源优化配置提出了一些政策建议。Industrial structure optimization and land resources optimistic disposition are certain require of economic development. It is an important problem that how to solve the relation of land optimizing disposition and industrial structure optimization currently. This paper introduces the basic theory of industrial structure optimization and land optimizing disposition firstly. Secondly, this paper analyses the development character and existing problem of industrial structure, the problem of land use, the relation of land optimizing disposition and industrial structure optimization in Nanjing. Finally, it puts forward some policy advice for industrial structure optimization and land resources optimizing disposition.
