摘　　要：中国加入世界贸易组织后 ,将会参与更多的国际经济与技术的交流与合作。国际技术转让行为将是一种重要的国际经济与技术合作形式。在具体实施合同中我们将会面临非常复杂的国际竞争环境 ,其中“限制性条款”After entering WTO, we will be faced with more economic and technical interchange and cooperation in international business. The international transfer of technique will be one of important forms of interchange and cooperation in the world. In International License Contract we will also be confronted with more challenges in which the restrictive clauses should be emphasized and handled.
