摘　　要：探讨社会主义市场经济条件下的现代化与犯罪现象的关系有两种观点 ,即 :“同步论”和“代价论”。本文就“同步论”和“代价论”的理论来源。Under the situation of socialist market economy, there are two kinds of views on the relationship between modernization and crime, that is, the synchronism theory and the price theory. This article probed into the source of these two theories and discussed how to deal with modern and future crimes based on the understanding of these two theories.
