摘　　要：在高校体育教学中 ,大学生参加体育锻炼的行为积极与否直接影响着体育锻炼的效果 ,然而任何行为的产生又受到多种因素的影响 ,通过对影响大学生教育锻炼行为因素的调查和分析 ,旨在提高教师对学生体育锻炼行为的预测能力和控制能力 。In college physical education, the students' attitudes towards it directly influence the results of the physical training. This article analyzed the factors that influence the college students' physical training activities so that the teachers are able to predict and control them. This analysis provided reference materials for the future reform in the college physical education.
