摘　　要：本文对世界上视频流技术知名大公司的产品进行了简单介绍和分析 ,从而引出高校声像服务的改革思路 ,提出将传统声像服务与现代多媒体流技术结合起来 ,建立多媒体网络影(音 )院 。This paper mainly introduces the development of the stream techonlogy in the world,and advances the thoughts of the multimedia service in the university library.
