摘　　要：外交调研的宏观分析包括国际战略调研、中长期调研与国际形势调研。大战略、战略调整、战略间歇以及与之相关的战略环境、战略延续性、变化性、过渡性是国际战略调研的思维框架。在战略调研中国际格局与大国关系研究的思路既要分析国际舞台的力量结构，又要关注国际制度、规范与秩序。中长期与形势调研的基本方祛包括选题与构思、选材与取舍、形成条理化框架、提炼观点与判断等四个步骤和分析法、综合法、对比法。The macro - analysis of Diplomatic investigation and report consists of the investigation and report of international strategy, the medium-term and long-term investigation and report and the investigation and report of the international situation. The analytical framework of research on international stratgy includes strategy, strategic adjustment, strategic intervals, the corresponding strategic circumstances and strategic continuity, changes and transition. In the strategic investigation and report, we should not only analyze the power structure of the international arena, but also pay attention to the international instirutions, norms and order when we study the international sturcture and the relations between big powers. The basic method of the medium - term and long - term investigation and report and the investigation and report of international situation includes four steps (selecting the subject and conception, selecting material and deciding which to use, forming a methodical frame and abstracting viewpoint and judgement).
