反倾销司法审查制度的立法思考

摘　　要：在世界各国都以立法形式对反倾销这一世贸组织的热点问题加以规范的今天 ,我国的立法却显得不那么完善 ,建立一套行之有效的反倾销法律制度 ,已成为当务之急。本文参照《反倾销法》的有关规定 ,结合各国反倾销诉讼实务 ,根据我国反倾销实践 ,针对我国反倾销立法的不足 。Comparing with other countries legislation on anti-dumping which is now the heat spot of WTO,our country's legislation shows great inefficiency,Therefoe it is urgent to establish an efficient system on anti-dumping law,according to our country's past practice in anti-dumping and in the light of our legislation's inefficiency,this article endeavors to find out an efficient way for the establishment and improvement of Chinese judicial review system on anti-dumping,in reference to some relevant rules of international treaties and combination with other countries substances in anti-dumping proceedings.
