摘　　要：法的道德性的有无和道德性程度的多少是法的合理性的最主要标志。法的创制要以道德理念为基础 ,法的执行有赖于执法人员的德性水平。在当前我国法制建设走向成熟的过程中 ,我们对法的理解应坚持法的道德性。Whether morality of law exists or not and how much the morality is in law are the most important symbol of the law reasonability.Lawmaking should be based on moral reason.Law enforcement depends on law enforcement officers' ethical level.During the course of our legal construction becoming perfect,we should persist in the morality of Law while understanding law.
