果蝇zfh-1基因一新人同源基因ZNF324的研究初报

摘　　要：zfh - 1基因在果蝇中是控制多种组织发育的调控因子 ,而在人中的同源异型基因也有类似的作用 .我们根据物种间同源异型基因间结构和功能上的相似性 ,运用计算机克隆的方法获得了一个新的人同源基因 ,命名为ZNF32 4.该基因mRNA全长 2 .5× 10 3b ,编码一段长 32 0个氨基酸的蛋白质 .在肿瘤组织中有高度的表达 ,可能与肿瘤的发生有关 .zfh-1 is a transcriptional regulatory factor involved in the development of multiple tissues in Drosophila, and its homologous of human have similar function. Basing on the structural and functional similarity between zfh-1 and its homologous in Human, we get a novel homeotic gene, named as ZNF324, in human by computer cloning. The full length of its mRNA is about 2.5kb, and it codes a protein whose length is 320 amino acids. ZNF324 is highly expressed in tumour tissue, suggesting that the gene is involved in tumourogenesis.
