摘　　要：资金短缺是制约重庆经济发展的重要因素。本文从资本市场已有的融资方式出发,结合重庆各融资主体实际情况,构建适应重庆各融资主体的融资体系,为重庆实施西部大开发战略融通资金服务。The shortage of capital is one of vital factors restricting Chongqing's economic development. The paper analyses the financing models, the financing systems of capital market, and the consequence of financing. Furthermore, the new frame of the financing system is put forward.
