摘  要:采用气体保护焊与焊条电弧焊混合焊接、气体保护焊与埋弧焊混合焊接方法,研究了10CrNi3MoV钢配套焊接材料混合搭接情况下,不同焊接材料的相互兼容情况。试验结果表明:在不同的焊接材料混合焊接条件下,焊缝组织均匀,硬度分布均匀,混合区强度和韧性性能优良;试验用的焊接材料具有良好的相互兼容性。The compatibility of different welding materials supporting for 10CrNi3MoV steel had been investigated by means of gas shielded welding and manual welding hybrid welding method, gas shielded welding and submerged arc welding hybrid welding method. The experiment results indicated that the weld microstructure and hardness distribution were both uniform, and the strength and toughness properties in the mixed zone were excellent under the conditions of different welding materials with hybrid welding method. Welding materials used for experiment had shown good compatibility with each other.
