摘 要:为了开发规范实用的作战任务清单,需要对任务信息(部门职能、人员职责、业务活动)进行科学合理的集成。定性的作战任务集成方法,便于集成非连续性描述的部门职能、人员职责,但难以集成连续性描述的业务活动,不利于作战任务清单的整体开发。因此,引入模糊聚类分析技术,将业务活动分类的标准量化,利用矩阵复合、聚类水平的选定来综合专家意见,降低分类结果的主观性,为作战任务集成提供一种定量的分析方法。It needs to integrate scientifically the task information(department function,personnel responsibility,operational activity) for developing the normative and practical combat task list.The qualitative operational task integrated method is convenient for integrating the department function and the personnel responsibility that are discontinuous description,but difficult to integrate the operational activity that is continuous description,and count against the overall development of the operational task list.Therefore,fuzzy cluster analysis technology is introduced for quantization of the classifiable standard of operational activity,and expert opinions are colligated by using matrix composite and choosing cluster level,thus reducing the subjectivity of classification results and offering a sort of quantitative analysis method to integrate operational task.
