论学前教师人文式的继续教育方式

摘　　要：学前教育是人类第一时间性接触到的规范性国民教育体系中的重要环节,是始贯于终身教育的首要开端。现如今提倡人文式教育,人文教育能对受教育者提供提升人性境界、塑造理想人格以及个人与社会价值实现的教育。继续教育在教育体系中是第三级教育,第三级教育是终身教育的入场券,是推动教师专业发展重要途径,也是教师职业生涯中提升自我,加强专业不可或缺的一部分。对学前教育教师现状的需求应从人性的角度去阐述如何开展学前教育教师人文式的继续教育方式。Preschool education is an important link of the system of national education, which is the first time human beings come into contact with, is the start of lifelong education. Now we advocate humanistic education,which can improve humanity, shaping the ideal personality and realizing personal and social value. Continuing education is the third level of education in the education system, the third level education is a admission ticket of the life-long education, is an important way to promote the development of teachers' occupation career. In this paper, from the situation and needs of preschool education teachers, explain how to carry out the humanistic style continuous education of preschool education teacher.
