摘　　要：村民选举权及其制度构成具有鲜明的基层自治性和民主性,是村民自治的首要环节和起始基点,也是村民自治的重要标志和实现的根本保证。作为发展中国特色社会主义民主政治的伟大创举,村民选举权及其制度的法治实践,为进一步提升我国民主政治建设水平提供了可资借鉴的宝贵资源。The villagers' right to vote and their regime with strong grassroots self-governing and democratic nature,is the first link and starting point of villager's autonomy,is also an important symbol of villager's autonomy and fundamental guarantee. As a great initiation in developing Socialist Democratic Politics with Chinese characteristics,provides a valuable resource for lessons legal practice of the system of villagers' right to vote and,to further enhance the level of China's democratic politics construction.
