对国际私法教材编写的几点思考

摘　　要：目前国内出版的百余部国际私法教材质量参差不齐,部分教材存在如下一些问题:体系不合理,篇幅偏长;理论内容偏多;案例教学内容偏少;引用国外的资料比较陈旧;没有特色,内容重复。编写国际私法教材时要注意:不宜对统一实体法作详细阐述;适当缩减理论阐述;增加案例和实证分析内容;适应双语教学的需要;引用最新的国外资料。There are more than one hundred textbooks of private international law with different quality in China. Some of them have the following problems: unreasonable system,too long length,too much theory content,few case teaching content,relatively old reference materials from abroad,no characteristics and duplicate content. The editor of textbooks of private international law should pay attention to the following issues: simple introduction to uniform substantive law; an appropriate reduction to theory; adding case and empirical analysis; to meet the needs of bilingual teaching; the use of the latest foreign data.
