摘 要:随着相关产业链的发展与调整,国内陆上主流风电机组已开始向更大容量机型过渡。与此同时,海上或近海风电由于地理优势、大功率以及风能资源稳定等特点,逐渐成为风电发展的生力军与重要组成部分。本文从大功率风电机组主轴轴承选型趋势、大功率风电齿轮箱行星架及行星轮轴承设计与技术分析等三个方面,分析圆锥滚子轴承的应用特点,并解读大功率风电机组的轴承选型趋势,供设计选型参考。Wind power is one of the main green energy resources. With the regulation and development of the related industrial chains, the mainstreams of domestic onshore wind turbines have begun to transfer to larger capacity models. Meanwhile, due to the geographical advantage, large power capacity and wind resource stability, ofshore wind power has gradually become a new force and played an important role in the wind power development. As a design reference to the large power ofshore wind turbine and gearbox, application features and benefts of tapered roller bearings were analyzed for the three key positions as the main bearings selection tendencies, the planet carrier supporting bearings and the planet gear bearings.
