摘 要:目的观察8-异前列腺素F2α(8-isoprostaglandin F2α,8-isoPGF2α)水平在波动性高血糖状态下与糖尿病肾病的相关性。方法入选60例血糖正常者为对照组(N)、60例高血糖者为稳定性高血糖组(D)和60例血糖波动者为波动性高血糖组(F)。采用动态血糖监测系统(CGMS)评价3组受试者24小时平均血糖(MBG)水平,采用生化分析仪检测3组空腹胰岛素、C肽及血肌酐,免疫散射比浊法测定尿微量白蛋白(UMA),采用酶免疫分析法测定8-iso PGF2α水平。结果与D组比较:F组空腹胰岛素、C肽明显低于D组(均P<0.05),血肌酐、UMA、8-iso PGF2α均高于D组(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论波动性高血糖比稳定性高血糖更能加速糖尿病肾病的发生。Objective To observe the correlation between 8-iso prostaglandin F2α level and diabetic nephropathy in fluctuant high blood glucose. Methods Selected 180 cases and divided into three groups: normal blood glucose control group(N), stable high blood glucose group(D) and fluctuant high blood glucose group(F). Calculated the mean blood glucose(MBG) using continuous glucose monitory system(CGMS); detected fasting insulin, C peptide and blood creatinine by biochemical analyzer; detected urine microalbumin and 8-iso prostaglandin F2α level by immune scattering turbidimetry and enzyme immunoassay respectively. Results Compared with D group, fasting insulin and C peptide were significantly lower in group F, but blood creatinine, urine microalbumin and 8-iso prostaglandin F2α level were higher in group F. Conclusion Compared with stable high blood glucose, fluctuant high blood glucose could accelerate the occurrence of diabetic nephropathy.
