鹅蝥藿香粒天灸对过敏性鼻炎小鼠的EOS、MC计数的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨鹅蝥藿香粒天灸对过敏性鼻炎小鼠的影响。方法采用卵蛋白(OVA)腹腔注射致敏与雾化吸入激发的方法建立小鼠过敏性鼻炎模型。将实验小鼠随机分为4组:正常对照组、模型对照组、阳性对照组、天灸治疗组。观察各组症状,记录过敏潜伏期,对鼻黏膜组织病检并对EOS、MC计数。结果同模型组比较,各给药组对过敏性鼻炎潜伏期均有不同程度的延长作用,特别是鹅蝥藿香粒天灸治疗组与模型组有极显著性差异(P<0.01),病理变化得到明显改善,EOS、MC下调明显。结论鹅蝥藿香粒天灸对过敏性鼻炎小鼠有较好的治疗作用。Objective To explore the influence of moxibustion and acupoint with EMHX on allergic rhinitis animals. Methods By using ovalbumin (OVA) induced by intraperitoneal injection of sensitivity and atomization inhalation excitation method to establish a murine model of allergic rhinitis. The experimental mice were randomly divided into four groups:normal control group, model control group, positive control group, vesiculation therapy group. We observed symptoms, documented allergy to latency, examined nasal mucosal tissue disease examination and counted EOS and MC. Results Comparing with the model group other groups has prolonged effects to various effects on allergic rhinitis latency, especially there is ignificant difference (P<0.01) between vesiculation therapy group and model group. Besides pathological changes in the vesiculation therapy group has been improved obviously and the EOS and MC have also devreased obviously. Conclusion The moxibustion of Small Centipeda Herb, Spanish Fly and Agastache Rugosus has great effect on allergic rhinitis animal.
