经桡动脉穿刺介入治疗老年冠心病疗效观察

摘　　要：目的对不同年龄段老年冠心病患者行桡动脉穿刺介入治疗后疗效进行探讨。方法从住院患者中筛选78例老年冠心病患者,平均分为低龄老年组和高龄老年组,两组均行桡动脉穿刺介入治疗。结果两组老年冠心病患者在病变情况、支架置入情况及并发症发生情况方面无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论桡动脉穿刺介入治疗对于不同年龄段的老年冠心病患者均有效。Objective Under the different age groups in elderly patients with coronary heart disease (CHD) line of radial artery puncture after interventional therapeutic effect were discussed. Methods From 78 hospitalized patients of stent in elderly patients with coronary heart disease (CHD), evenly divided into young elderly group and older elderly group, two groups of radial artery puncture in interventional therapy. Results Two groups of elderly patients with coronary heart disease (CHD) in pathological change situation and situation of stenting and complications had no signiifcant difference(P>0.05). Conclusions Radial artery puncture of interventional treatment for different age groups in elderly patients with coronary heart disease were effective.
