摘　　要：目的探讨经外周静脉置入中心静脉导管在神经外科危重患者中的应用效果。方法选择2012年6月至2013年1月本院神经外科收治的80例经外周静脉置入中心静脉导管的危重患者作为观察组,选择同期收治的80例行股静脉穿刺置管的患者作为对照组,观察两组一次置管成功率、并发症发生率、治疗费用和导管留置舒适度。结果观察组一次置管成功率为97.50%,明显高于对照组的88.75%(P<0.05)。观察组并发症发生率为8.75%,明显低于对照组的20.00%(P<0.05)。观察组治疗费用为(2950.76±308.85)元,明显低于对照组的(3274.36±336.27)元(P<0.05)。观察组导管留置舒适度为87.50%,明显高于对照组的66.25%(P<0.05)。结论经外周静脉置入中心静脉导管提高了神经外科危重患者一次置管成功率,减少并发症,降低治疗费用,提高导管留置舒适度。Objective To investigate the effects of peripherally inserted central catheter on neurosurgical critically patients. Methods 80 neurosurgical critically patients selected from June 2012 to January 2013 were observation group for peripherally inserted central catheter, 80 cases selected from the same period were control group for femoral vein catheterization. A successful rate of catheter, incidence of complications, the costs of treatment and catheter comfort satisfaction of patients'' families were observed. Results A successful rate of catheter was 97.50%in observation group, which was higher than that (88.75%) in control group (P<0.05). The incidence of complications in observation group was 8.75%, which was signiifcantly lower than that (20.00%) in control group (P<0.05). The costs of treatment in observation group was (2950.76±308.85) yuan, which was significantly lower than that [(3274.36±336.27) yuan] in control group (P < 0.05). The catheter comfor satisfaction of patients'' families in observation group was 87.50%, which was significantly higher than that (66.25%) in control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion Peripherally inserted central venous catheters could improve a successful rate of catheter, reduce complications and the costs of treatment and improve catheter comfor satisfaction of patients'' families in neurosurgery critically patients.
