肩关节镜下Anchor锚钉结合Orthocord线缝合修复肩袖损伤的疗效

摘　　要：目的探讨全关节镜技术治疗肩袖损伤的手术方法及其临床疗效。方法本组13例肩袖损伤患者均在关节镜辅助下,采用Anchor锚钉结合Orthocord线和PDS线修复损伤的肩袖,通过临床随访,采用美国肩肘外科医师(ASES)评分进行肩关节功能评估,观察其疗效。结果本组13例病例均获得随访,随访时间12～24个月,平均16.5个月。根据ASES评分标准进行评分,术后一年患者肩关节功能评分由术前的47.7±3.7分提升到87.8±1.1分,手术优良率为84.8%。结论全关节镜技术能够有效地修复重建肩袖,恢复肩关节功能,获得满意的临床疗效,是当前治疗肩袖损伤的较好地治疗方法。Objective To explore the surguical technique and clinical effect of Arthroscope in treating rotator cuff injury. Methods 13 cases of rotator cuff injury as were included in the study. All the patients were treated with anchor suture and Orthocord suture under Arthroscope.In preoperative and final follow- up,shoulder and elbow score Medical Association (ASEs) was used for functiona1 evaluation. Results All the patients were followed up. The average follow-up was 16.5 months, range from 12 to 24 months. According to the ASES rating, the postoperative score at one year follow-up was improved to 87.8±1.1 from 47.7±3.7 (basal line, preoperative). The excellent and good rate of ASES score was 84.8%. Conclusions The endoscopic surgical technique is a good method for the treatment of rotator cuff injury, which could reconstruct rotator cuff, restore shoulder joint function ,and obtain a satisfactory clinical curative effect.
