摘　　要：目的:探讨应用整形美容外科手术原则修复破损处女膜,提高术后预期效果。方法:自2005年8月-2013年3月,我院对45例处女膜破损采用一侧游离处女膜瓣推进至另一侧处女膜瓣进行瓦合缝合、处女膜基底环收紧,重建阴道口狭窄。结果:42例处女膜获得良好的修复,预期效果良好,1例出现每次房事重复出血,十天后自行愈合,2例阴道分泌物,白带过多,切口愈合不良行二期修复。结论:该处女膜瓣游离推进法有效提高房事时出血的成功率。Objective To explore the application of the principles of cosmetic surgery in broken hymen repair, to improve postoperative expectations. Method From August, 2005 to March, 2013, through free flap side being pushed to the other side of the hymen, tightening the hymen base ring, and reconstructing vaginal stenosis, 45 cases of broken hymen hymen were treated. Result 42 cases with broken hymen are treated well with good expectation; 1 case bleed repeatedly when making love, with self-healed after ten days. 2 cases are repaired secondly because of too much vaginal discharge. Conclusion The method can reconstruct vaginal stenosis effectively and enhance the rate of blood bleeding when cases making love.
