摘　　要：目的:探究内窥镜额部除皱术合并传统切开法的临床应用效果及术后并发症状况。方法:回顾性研究75例接受中下面部除皱术的患者,将2005年3月至2007年3月收治的35例患者作为对照组,使用传统切开法进行除皱治疗。将2009年1月至2010年1月收治的40例患者作为观察组,使用内窥镜额部除皱合并传统切开法施行手术。对两组患者的治疗结果以及术后并发症进行对比研究。结果:运用内窥镜额部除皱合并传统切开法进行除皱治疗的患者中提升40例,术后瘢痕0例,术区迟钝0例,患者满意率为100%;运用传统大切口除皱术的治疗的35例患者术后提升35例,术后瘢痕35例,术区迟钝12例,患者满意率为54.3%。两组在术后瘢痕、术区迟钝、患者满意率等方面均具有统计学意义(p<0.05)。结论:内窥镜额部除皱术相比传统大切口除皱术具有明显优势,效果好,无明显术后并发症。Objective To explore the clinical effect and complications status of endoscopic forehead lift surgery combined with the traditional incision method. Methods Doing a retrospective study of 75 cases re- ceived the middle and lower face rhytidectomy. 35 patients from March 2005 to March 2007, were treated as a control group, with traditional incision method for wrinkle treatment. 40 patients, from January 2009 to January 2010, were treated as the observation group, with endoscopic forehead lift surgery combined with tra- ditional incision method. Two groups of patients' treatment outcomes and postoperative complications were compared. Results Endoscopic forehead lift combined with traditional incision cured 40 patients, with 40 im- provement cases, 0 postoperative scar case and 0 surgery area dull case. The patients' satisfaction rate was 100%. Traditional large incision in addition to wrinkle treatment surgery cured 35 patients, with 35 postopera- tive scar cases, 12 surgery area dull cases. The patients' satisfaction rate was 54.3%. There was statisti- cal difference between the two groups in postoperative scar, surgery area slow, patient satisfaction and other aspects(P<0.05). Conclusion The endoscopic forehead lift surgery compared to traditional large incision rhyt- idectomy has obvious advantages and good effect, with no significant postoperative complications.
