摘　　要：目的:探讨改良肌皮瓣法下睑袋整复术的疗效及预后。方法:选取2010年8月-2013年8月我院收治的175例下睑袋整复术患者,采用前瞻性、非随机对照临床试验方法分为常规切口整复组(n=75)和改良肌皮瓣整复组(n=100),对比两组疗效及预后。结果:175例受术者手术均顺利完成。改良肌皮瓣整复组手术总满意率为100%,高于常规切口整复组的89.3%,P<0.05;改良肌皮瓣整复组预后明显优于常规切口整复组,P<0.01。结论:改良肌皮瓣法下睑袋整复术具有操作清晰、创伤微小、疗效稳定等优点,值得临床推广应用。Objective To explore the curative effect and prognosis of lower eyelid blepharoplasty through myocutaneous flap method. Methods 175 cases of lower eyelid blepharoplasty patients from August, 2010 to August, 2013 in the hospital were selected. Through prospective and non randomized controlled clinical trials,patients were divided into conventional incision reduction group(n=75) and modified myocutaneous flap in reconstruction group(n=100). Effect and prognosis situation of the two groups were compared. Results 175 case operations were successfully completed. The satisfaction rate of improved myocutaneous flap group was 100%,which was higher than that of the conventional incision repair group 89.3%, P<0.05; improved myocutaneous flap in reconstruction group was superior to conventional incision reduction group, P<0.01. Conclusion The modified myocutaneous flap blepharoplasty in operation has the advantages of clear minor trauma, stable curative effect.So it is worthy of clinical application.
