负压引流联合打包加压解决腋臭术后并发症临床研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨负压引流联合打包加压在腋臭切除术预防术后并发症的作用。方法:51例腋臭患者采用腋窝双纵行切口法腋臭切除术,去除大汗腺及毛囊后在皮瓣下留置负压引流管,并打包加压术区。术后第2天待引流量减少拔除引流管,10天拆线并观察皮瓣成活情况,术后3～12月进行随访。结果:无一例发生皮瓣坏死及切口感染,仅仅2例(3侧)术后出现皮瓣下小量积液。结论:负压引流联合打包加压能有效的降低腋臭术后并发症的出现,值得临床推广应用。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of negative pressure drainage plus pressure bandage in preventing the complications of axillary osmidrosis. Methods 51 patients with axillary osmidrosis were treated by using Double Longitudinal Incisions. The drainage tube was used after apocrine sweat glands' and hair follicles' being removed. The drainage tube was removed after 2 days when the amount of drainage was less. Survival situation was observed after 10 days when the sutures were removed. Follow-up investigation was carried out. Results Of the 51 cases, all the incisions healed well with no flap necrosis., infection or the other complications occurred after operation. Little effusion under flap occurred in 2 cases(3 sides). Conclusions Negative pressure drainage plus pressure bandage can significantly reduce the incidence of surgical complication of bromidrosis,and be worthy of clinical application.
