摘　　要：目的:探讨强脉冲光子脱毛的临床疗效及影响疗效的相关因素。方法:采用强脉冲光于技术为138位患者进行包括唇毛、腋毛、前臂、小腿、发际线、腹股沟、腰骶部、络腮胡、胸毛共计186个部位的脱毛治疗。结果:186个部位经过4～10次的治疗,6个月后随访,治愈率44.6％,有效率39.8％,无效率15.6％,总有效率84.4％。结论:强脉冲光子脱毛疗效可靠,操作简单,并发症少,是一种较理想的脱毛方法。Objective To investigate clinical effectiveness and its related factors of hair removal with the intense pulsed light. Methods The intense pulsed light technology was used for the 138 patients' hair removal treatment, including lip hair, armpits hair, forearms hair, legs hair, hair line, groin hair, lumbosacral hair, beard and chest hair. Results 186 positions were treated for 4 to 10 times. After treatment, 6 months follow-up was done. The cure rate was 44.6%, efficiency rate was 39.8%, inefficiency rate was 15.6%, and the total effective rate was 84.4%. Conclusion The efficacy of intense pulsed light hair removal is a simple operation, which is reliable with less complication. It is a relatively ideal hair removal method.
