三点微创小切口重睑成形术的临床应用和体会

摘　　要：目的:探讨三点微创小切口重睑成形术。方法:在上睑设计3个小切口,去除重睑线下方的眼轮匝肌和多余的脂肪,每个伤口缝合一针并把皮肤和睑板前筋膜固定在一起,形成重睑。结果:一年共行三点微创小切口重睑手术34例,重睑外形自然,有一例一侧重睑线变浅,修复后满意。结论:该术式操作简单,创伤小,恢复快,效果持久且自然,易被患者接受,值得推广。Objective To explore the construction of double eyelid by three minimally invasive incision.Methods Designing three mini-incision in upper eyelid in both eyes, wiping out the outer canthal orbital septum fat and extra fat, sewing up the mini incision, and fixing up the fascia front of tarsal plate to form the double eyelid. Result There were 34 cases with construction of double eyelid of three minimally invasive incision in a year. All cases appear naturally except one case of unilateral double eyelid line shoaling. After repair, the patient also satisfied with the result. Conclusion This technique is worthy of promotion with the advantages of simple operation, less trauma, quicker recovery, lasting and natural effect. It is easy to be accepted by patients.
