摘　　要：目的:探讨A型肉毒毒素注射治疗眉外侧段与上睑外侧的老年性皮肤松垂的临床效果。方法:选择于2011年7月～2012年7月在我院就诊的眉外侧段与上睑外侧皮肤松垂的求美者30例,采用A型肉毒毒素注射治疗,对降眉肌、皱眉肌、眉中、眉外1/3交接垂线内侧的额肌、外眦部眼轮匝肌进行计量定点注射,观察并记录治疗效果。结果:经1次或2次注射治疗后,30例求美者的60侧眉及上睑外侧皮肤松垂情况均得到了明显的改善。结论:A型肉毒毒素计量定点注射治疗眉外侧段与上睑外侧的老年性皮肤松垂效果良好。方法简单,值得推广使用。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of the treatment of the senile sagging skin in lat- eral eyebrow segment and outside upper eyelid through type A botulinum toxin. Methods Selecting 30 patients who had sagging skin in lateral eyebrow segment and outside upper eyelid from July, 2011 to July, 2012 in the hospital, doing measured fixed point injection on type A botulinum toxin injection therapy, injecting depres- sor supercilii muscle, corrugator, middle eyebrow, eyebrow outer 1/3 of the amount of muscle transfer inside vertical and lateral canthus orbicularis muscle. Treatment effects were observed and recorded. Results After 1 or 2 times injection, sagging skin in lateral eyebrow segment and outside upper eyelid has been significantly improved. Conclusion Treatment of the senile sagging skin in lateral eyebrow segment and outside upper eyelid through type A botulinum toxin has good effect. It is a simple method and is worth promotion.
