聚焦超声去脂仪器在去脂术中的应用

摘　　要：目的:分析聚焦超声去脂仪器相比传统吸脂术在去脂中的优势。方法:聚焦超声去脂仪器将聚焦的超声能量精确送达皮下脂肪层的特定深度,超声作用只针对于脂肪组织,而皮肤、血管、神经和结缔组织等均保持完整无损。结果:应用聚焦超声去脂仪器及传统吸脂术治疗脂肪堆积各50例。回访患者术后效果,通过统计分析得出结论。结论:聚焦超声去脂仪器是一种新型的无创减肥方法,以没有疼痛感及无创口优于传统吸脂术,同时比传统吸脂手术更有效减少脂肪细胞的数目。Objective To analyze the advantages of the focused ultrasound degreasing equipment compared with traditional liposuction. Methods Ultrasonic energy from focusing ultrasonic liposuction instrument could accurately deliver to a certain depth subcutaneous fat layer. The function of ultrasonic only had on adipose tissue. Skin, blood vessels, nerves and connective tissue were kept intact. Results Through the application of focused ultrasound degreasing instruments and traditional liposuction for fat accumulation for 50 cases in each group. Follow-up visit was done to the patients after operation. Conclusion was achieved through statistical analysis. Conclusion Focusing ultrasonic liposuction instrument is a noninvasive method of weight loss model with no pain and no wound, and is superior to the traditional liposuction. At the same time, it is more effective to reduce the number of fat cells than traditional liposuction operation.
