摘　　要：目的:对自体颗粒脂肪注射隆乳的临床效果进行观察。方法：选取2012年5月～2013年5月在我院进行自体颗粒脂肪注射隆乳的患者58例，对进行注射后的临床效果进行回顾性分析，并做好术后的随访工作。结果：在术后疗效显著的患者为56例（96.55%），无效的患者为2例（3.44%），3例患者在术后一周出现了乳房发硬的现象。结论：利用自体颗粒脂肪进行移植隆胸手术，对患者的创伤小、手术简单、出血量少、术后出现的并发症少，弥补了利用硅胶假体植入时的不足。Objective To observe the clinical effect of breast augmentation with autologous fat granule injection. Methods Selecting 58 patients with breast augmentation with autologous fat granule injection from May 2012 to May 2013 in the hospital as the research subjects,retrospectively analyzing the clinical effect after injection,and doing postoperative follow-up work. Results In patients,31 cases had postoperative significant effect(96.55%),2 cases were ineffective(3.44%),and 3 patients breast appeared stiff phenomenon a week after operation. Conclusion The use of breast augmentation surgery with autologous fat granule transplantation has less patients’trauma,the surgery is simple,bleeding is less,and postoperative complications are less. This makes up the deficiencies of silicone implants.
