臀部微小切口分层提紧术的临床体会

摘　　要：目的:经臀微小切口行皮肤、肌肉组织分层提紧术，矫正臀部松弛下垂。方法：对6例臀部松弛下垂患者在硬膜外麻醉下采用臀部骶三角处微小切口，根据术前设计范围分别于浅筋膜下、臀大肌深层向臀部外下方分离后分层提紧，将浅筋膜、臀大肌瓣止点上提后分别重新固定悬吊，多余皮肤去上皮化后衬垫形成臀沟。结果：术后臀形好，患者自感满意。随访1～2年，臀部无松弛下垂复发，远期瘢痕不明显。结论:通过臀沟处切口，行皮肤肌层的分层提紧术能有效改善臀部的松弛下垂，达到微创年轻化矫正。Objective To explore the surgical method of the buttocks lifting operation stratification with mini-incision on skin and muscle tissue for correcting sagging buttocks. Methods 6 cases with loose and sagging hip used triangle mini-incision under epidural anesthesia. According to design scope,layer lift was done after the separation of the lower and outside of the hip from the superficial fascia and deep glutes. After the lift of superficial fascia and gluteus,they were fixed and hung again. The extra skin formed gluteal fold after epithelization elimination through pad. Results Postoperative hip shape was good,and the patient felt satisfied. After 1~2 years follow-up,there was no recurrence of hips sagging and no obvious scar. Conclusion The buttocks lifting operation stratification with mini-incision is effective and safe for sagging buttocks.
