包皮环扎术的护理体会

摘　　要：目的:探讨包皮环扎术后护理措施。方法:本组共1280例包皮环扎术患者,均在我院门诊手术及换药治疗。结果:所有患者包皮环扎术后伤口均愈合,最短7d,最长22d,临床效果满意。结论:加强包皮环扎术护理能减少患者痛苦,促进切口愈合,提高满意度。Objective To investigate the nursing measures and methods after foreskin cerclage. Methods A total of 1280 patients were treated with wrapping cerclage in Outpatient Surgery Department of Affiliated Hospital of Guilin Medical College.Results All wounds of patients have been healed. The shortest healing time was 7 days,and the longest 22 days. The patients were very satisfied with the curative effect. Conclusion To strengthen the nursing care after foreskin cerclage can reduce the pain of patients,promote the healing of incision,and increase the satisfaction of patients after the operation.
