摘　　要：目的:探讨大面积烧伤后瘢痕患者慢性溃疡修复的一种理想方法。方法:大面积烧伤后瘢痕患者21例,采用保留瘢痕纤维板层联合刃厚皮片移植的方法修复创面。结果:20例皮片存活良好,愈合后未再次破溃形成创面。1例手术失败,再次植皮后愈合良好。结论:皮源奇缺的大面积烧伤后瘢痕患者的慢性溃疡,采用保留瘢痕纤维板层联合刃厚皮片移植的方法修复创面,疗效确切,值得推广。Objective To explore an ideal method of the chronic ulcer scar after large area burn. Methods Choosing 21 patients with scar after large area burn,using method of the reserved scarring fiberboard layer combined with split-thickness skin graft to repair the wound. Result 1 case of operation failed,and got well after skin graft again. 20 cases had good survival,with no burst again after wound healing. Conclusion When the skin is lack,using reserved scarring fiberboard layer combined with split-thickness skin graft to cure chronic ulcer scar after large area burn has good effect and is worth promotion.
