红蓝光联合强脉冲光治疗寻常型痤疮临床观察

摘　　要：目的:研究红蓝光联合强脉冲光治疗寻常型痤疮的临床疗效。方法:共观察90例寻常型痤疮患者,红蓝光联合强脉冲光组27例,红蓝光组33例,强脉冲光组30例,治疗结束后对比三组疗效。结果:红蓝光联合强脉冲光组、红蓝光组、强脉冲光组组间两两比较:红蓝光组与强脉冲光组组间有效率比较,X2=0.965,P>0.05;红蓝光组与联合组组间有效率比较X2=4.85,P<0.05;强脉冲光组与联合组组间有效率比较X2=8.34,P<0.05。结论:红蓝光联合强脉冲光治疗寻常型痤疮可显著提高疗效。Objective To research the clinical effect of the treatment of acne vulgaris through red and blue light combined with intense pulsed light. Methods A total of 90 patients with acne vulgaris were observed. 27 cases were cured with red and blue light combined with intense pulsed light,33 cases with red and blue light,and 30 cases with intense pulsed light. The efficacy of the three groups was compared after treatment. Results After comparison,difference between the group with red and blue light and with intense pulsed light was X2=0.965,P>0.05;between the group with red and blue light and combined group was X2=8.34,P<0.05;between the group with intense pulsed light and combined group was X2=3.986,P<0.05. Conclusions Red and blue light combined with intense pulsed light in the treatment of acne vulgaris can significantly improve the curative effect.
