摘 要:首先运用描述性统计方法从种植业、畜牧业和林业等几方面对退耕还林前后农业生产结构的变化进行分析;然后利用产业区位商模型和产业灰色关联分析,分别计算了河北省张北县的主导产业区位商值和灰色关联分析值,研究得出畜牧业在退耕后具有较大的竞争优势,应作为主导和优势产业予以重点发展,并提出了发展对策:积极开展农牧结合,提高畜牧业竞争力;加大畜牧业科技投入,优先发展畜牧产业;依托优势自然资源,大力发展无公害错季蔬菜产业。First, the paper used descriptive statistical methods to analyse the changes of agriculture production structure before and after returning of cropland to forest from several aspects , such as crop farming , stockbreeding and forestry .Then paper used the In-dustry Location Quotient Model and Industry Grey Correlation Analysis to calculated the leading industry location quotient value and gray correlation analysis value of Zhangbei County , the results showed that the stockbreeding had great competitive advantage after returning of cropland , it should be focused on to developed as the leading and dominant industry .And it put forward actively develo-ping agriculture and animal combination , improving the competitive ability of the livestock industry ; increasing the investment in stockbreeding science and technology , the priority to the development of stockbreeding industry;relying on the advantage of natural resources , developing the pollution -free off-season vegetables industry .
