环京津地区农户生态环境保护支付意愿分析

摘　　要：以环京津地区6市19个县43个村庄的226户农户的有效调查数据为依据,采用二项Logit回归模型对农户生态环境保护的支付意愿的影响因素进行分析。结果表明,环京津地区农户对生态环境保护的支付意愿较高,74.3%的农户表示愿意支付,平均愿意出义务工为36.5 d·a-1,退耕还林、封山育林和生态林建设对农户生态环境保护的支付意愿有由强到弱的正向影响,户主受教育水平、家庭人口、劳动力数量占家庭总人口比重、人均林地和耕地面积、家庭收入来源是否以非农业为主对农户生态环境保护支付的意愿有正向影响。Based on the survey data of 226 farmers from 43villages of 19counties of 6 cities around Beijing and Tianjin Region ,this paper analysed the influencing factors of households'willingness for paying ecological environment protection through Binomial Logit model.The results showed that households'WTP for ecological environment protection was high ,74.3%of them were willing to pay, and the average incumbency work was for 36.5 days with pleasure.The influencing factors contained returning farmland to forest , forest conservation and ecological forest construction positively impacted from strong to weak of households 'willingness for paying for ecological environment protection .Education level of householder ,family size,labor proportion in total household population ,farm-land and woodland area per farmer ,whether the main sources of household income was the non -agricultural had positive impact on households'willingness for paying for ecological environment protection .
