摘　　要：用户需求决定系统功能,系统功能影响系统服务能力。文章重点阐述了档案信息融汇服务系统功能的设计思路与方法,结合系统目标能力的实现要求,采取了用户需求调研——应用场景分析——系统功能设计三步走的工作路线,将三者关系进行紧密结合,环环相扣,使系统功能设计的所有工作都围绕着以用户需求为导向的大方向展开,以确保档案信息融汇服务模式能够符合用户的实际需求。User's demand decides the function of the system and the function of the system affects its service ability. This article focuses on the design ideas of the function of the interconnected archive information mashup service system. To meet the requirement of achieving the goal of the system, we will totally base our work on the user's needs and follow three steps: surveying the user's needs, analyzing the application scenarios and designing the system function. To ensure that the archive information mashup service system mode can meet the user's actual needs.
