摘　　要：本文介绍的是火电厂凝汽器不停机清洗工艺的研究和应用成果。研究和清洗实践表明,研制的不停机专用复合清洗剂,具有高效无毒,对钢管、钢材、及水塔、填料等腐蚀性小,利用该清洗剂对电厂凝汽器不停机实施清洗效果好,经济效益显著,不会对汽水系统产生不良影响,对环境污染小。Research and application of on-line cleaning technology for circulating cooling water system in Thermal Power Plant have been reported in this paper. BTX compound cleaner has been spe- cially designed for the on- line cleaning method. It is found that BTX has such advantages as high efficiency,non-toxicity,and low corrosion to steel tubes,copper piper,cooling tower and filler. The high cleaning effect,no influence to the quality of the water vapor,and no pollution to the environment can be easily achieved by using BTX,thus leading to a large economic and environmental protection benefit.
