摘　　要：超声波清洗是一种较为常见的清洗方法,本文介绍了一种步进式的超声波清洗设备,采用多工位水平联动输送机构+垂直升降晃动的方法,可以实现大批量自动化生产,减少工件在清洗过程中周转,减少操作人员,使车间整洁,便于废气集中排放。Ultrasonic cleaning is one of common cleaning method,We will introduce the ultrasonic cleaning machine which move step by step,Conveying system of this equipment can move in a horizontal,vertical two directions,It Can realize automation of production,reduce the workpiece turnover in the cleaning process,reducing environmental pollution,saving the cost of production.
