摘  要:针对倒置式电流互感器非故障状态下绝缘油中单一氢气含量超标的问题,从材料物性、化学反应和分子结构等角度,利用热力学和分子结构动力学方法研究了氢气的来源,认为使用金属膨胀器的倒置式电流互感器绝缘油氢气含量较不使用金属膨胀器的互感器偏高。探讨了绝缘油类型对氢气产率的影响,认为环烷基绝缘油易使氢气含量上升。In this paper,we focus on the issue of the content of H2 exceed the standard in insulation oil under non-fault condition in the invented current transformers. From the angles of material properties,chemical reaction and molecular structure,the methods of thermodynamics and molecular structure dynamics are employing to research the origin of H2. It is considered that the content of H2 in the invented current transformers with metal expander is higher than that without metal expander. Furthermore,the influences of insulation oil types on H2 production rate are also discussed in this paper,and the analysis shows that the H2 content tends to increase in the naphthenic base insulation oil.
