摘　　要：哈塔米上台两年以来，宣传文明对话，推行务实外交，成果显著。伊朗改善了与阿拉伯世界的关系，基本解决了困扰伊朗与欧盟关系的问题，缓解了与美国的敌对气氛。哈塔米在外交上所取得的成就不仅巩固了伊朗务实派在国内的地位，改变了伊朗的国际形象，而且有利于伊斯兰世界的团结和地区和平。哈塔米在今后近两年任期内所面临的重要外交课题是，彻底打破美国对伊朗的制裁，进一步改善伊朗的国际处境。Since Khatarni took office two years ago, he has made remarkable achivements by proposing dialogues among different civilizations and carrying out pragmatic diplomacy. He has improved Iran's relations with the Arab world, basically solved the problems in its relations with the European Union, and eased the hostility with the United States. Khatami's achievements abroad not only consolidated the domestic position of iranian pragmatic force and changed iran's image in the world, but also contributed to the unity of Islamic world and regional peace. The important diplomaic task facing Khatami in the next two years is to break U. S. sanctions and to further improve iran's international environment.
