摘　　要：战区导弹防御计划的提出，有着很深的历史背景，与冷战后美国经济、军事、科技实力的大大增强有关；美国试图利用 Ｔ Ｍ Ｄ 的联合开发对盟国加强控制、遏制和削弱中国、主导亚太安全； Ｔ Ｍ Ｄ 的研究部署，将会破坏亚太地区的战略平衡。The proposal of TMD program has a deep historical context,and it is also closely related with the growth of the U.S.economic,military as well as technological powers.The United States attempts to utilize the joint development of TMD to control its allies,to contain and weaken China,to dominate Asia-Pacific security.The research and deployment of TMD will exert negative impacts on the region's strategical balance,and prejudice the peace and stability in Asia-Pacific region.An Analysis of the U.
