摘　　要：评估目的是确立资产评估内容、评估方法、限制条件和影响资产价值分析的有关参数的基础，在报告书中正确阐述评估目的，应包含两层意思：一是本次评估应满足委托方的何种需要，二是这种需要所对应的经济行为是什么。Valuation purpose is the base of determinations about the content, method,restrictive condition of a valuation and the relative data which affect the analysis of the assets values. To correctly expose the valuation purpose in the report, it should include two respects. one is what kind of client' s demand will be satisfied by the valuation. Another is what economic behavior should be corresponded for the demand.
