摘　　要：文章分析了工商管理高级人才培养中存在的问题和新世纪、新形势下对工商管理高 级人才的新要求，并结合工商管理系实际提出打好教学改革攻坚战的基本思路和措施。After studying the problems facing the training of advanced personne l of industrial and commercial administration and the demands for such personnel in the new century, the author suggest some priciples of the teaching reform.
