摘　　要：目前历史学界在澳门历史的分期、定位和葡占澳门的特点等问题上存在一些不同的意见。作者在本文中依据历史事实，对上述问题提出了自己的看法。UP to now, there have been some different views among historians respecting the periodization of the history of Macao, the position of Macao in her various historical stages and the Characteristics of the Portuguese occupation of Macao. In this article, the author tries to put forward his personal views on the above - mentioned problems.
