摘　　要：跨入新千年的中国资产评估业机遇和挑战共存 ,如何抓住机遇促进发展是关系评估行业生存和发展的重大课题 ,开拓新市场 ,发展新局面是评估行业未来的主要任务 ,本文对今后资产评估市场多元化变化的趋势做了分析和预测 。In the new millennium, China's appraisal profession faces opportunities as well as challenges. Whether we can grasp these opportunities is crucial to the existence and progresses of appraisal profession. Exploring new market and complexion is the main tasks of appraisal profession. This article analyzed and predicted the tendency of multi-discipline appraisal market and explained the problems appraisal firms are facing and their solutions.
