摘　　要：本文用经济学和金融学理论讨论了金融资源的特征及金融在现代商品经济中的特殊作用，并据此得出以下结论：金融可持续发展的内涵是金融发展过程中质和量的统一，金融可持续发展是经济可持续发展的基础和核心。The featurs of finance resources and roles of finance applying on the economy have been discussed by using the theory of economy and finance in this paper. Two results have been obtained according to these features:the connotation of sustainable development of finance is the entity of quality and quantity, and sustainable development of finance is the base and core of sustainable development of economy.
