摘　　要：以对下岗／失业人员的问卷调查为基础，实证分析调查对象的心理承受能力并得出相应结论，旨在为国家再就业政策提供决策依据。Taking the questionnaire investigation on the lay offs and unemployed as the basis, this paper analyzes substantially the investigative objects' psychological endurement power and obtains some corresponding results, for the purpose of providing strategic basis for our country's re employment policy.
